The payment of the products in BCNIdentity can be made through:

  • Redsys: VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard Pass
  • Bizum: Available in Spain. In your bank account, you must have the Bizum Business option activated
  • PayPal
  • Clearpay

The information and management of orders is carried out through the section My account .

  • Spain (Peninsula): Shipping is free on those orders that are equal to or greater than € 40. If the order is lower, the amount of € 4 will be added. Delivery time for standard shipments is 2-3 business days.
  • Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): The shipping cost is 8 €. Delivery time for standard shipments is 2-3 business days.
  • European Union (except Spain): Shipping is free on those orders that are equal to or greater than € 75. If the order is less, the amount of € 7.5 will be added. Delivery time for standard shipments is 3 to 7 working days.
  • Outside the European Union: The shipping cost is € 30. Delivery time for standard shipments is 3 to 7 working days.

Changes may be made for another size or model provided that we have stock or you can opt for a voucher with the amount of the garment, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.

The exchange and return postage are borne by the client, and the client can send the garment by the agency that he considers always postage paid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the responsibility of the customer and the change cannot be made if the garment does not reach its destination.

We can send our courier to pick up the return item (except outside the peninsula). To do this, the client must contact us through email, call or social networks to facilitate the collection. The cost of this service is € 4.00, only available for orders within the peninsula.

It reserves the right not to accept the change, if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate conditions. The changes are subject to the availability of the product, if there is no stock of that same item, it will be exchanged for another garment or for a voucher with that amount. In no case will the money be returned.

Exchange and return vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date you receive the package with the returned garments.

Accessories/costume jewelry: No changes or returns are accepted on earrings, bracelets, necklaces, scarves, bags, purses, toiletries, scarves, hats, belts, watches, rings, etc. In case the customer sends us one of these accessories for exchange, he will be informed to order the collection of the same paying the customer the cost of shipping.
